These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of levanautoparts.com and to every order placed with Levan Auto Parts (“Levan Auto Parts”, “we”, “us”), 6935 Stockton Blvd #B, Sacramento, CA 95823. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return Policy and our Store Pickup Policy.
1. Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
2. Products and Fitment
We sell new aftermarket and replacement auto body parts. Unless a listing says otherwise, parts are not made by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Product titles show the vehicle years, make and model the part is listed to fit, plus its Partslink number. Product photos may be representative and the part you receive can differ slightly in color, finish or packaging.
Please check the fitment, Partslink number and part description against your vehicle before buying, or call us at 916-381-5712 and we will help confirm fitment. Body parts may need painting, trimming or professional installation, which are not included.
3. Prices, Availability and Errors
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Stock shown online is updated regularly but may not match the store at every moment. If an item is out of stock, or a price or description is listed in error, we may cancel or adjust the order and will contact you first. Any payment for a cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Sales Tax
Applicable California sales tax is added to orders based on our Sacramento store location.
5. Payment
You can pay online by card at checkout, or choose Pay at Store and pay in cash or by card when you pick up. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
6. Order Confirmation
After you order, you receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it is accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm the part is in stock and ready for pickup. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when we cannot verify payment, suspect fraud, or the item is unavailable.
7. Store Pickup Only
We do not ship. All orders are picked up at our store at 6935 Stockton Blvd #B, Sacramento, CA 95823, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; closed Sunday). Please bring your order number and a photo ID matching the order. See our Store Pickup Policy for details.
8. Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of pickup when the part is in its original packaging and has not been painted, modified or installed. Full details are in our Return Policy.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Except where a product listing or the law states otherwise, parts and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Levan Auto Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including labor, paint, installation costs or loss of vehicle use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the part involved.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or placing false orders. All website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Levan Auto Parts or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
12. Privacy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alameda County, California.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
